Pay net income of trust to loyal true blue & orange home to be used by said home for it's children and summer camp programs provided that if at any time the said home shall cease to exist or the trustee shall be of the opinion that some other charitable purpose is preferrable to the programs as aforesaid then my trustee in any year shall divide such income or such part thereof as shall not be used as aforesaid among cdn cancer society and ont heart fdn.
