True North Society

This registered non-profit organization provides a short term safe and supportive environment for abused adults and their children adults in crisis or other adults requiring emergency accommodation. It provides these people with information and alternatives which will assist them in making informed decisions about their futures. The service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Other services include an early intervention childrens' program public education volunteer coordinator and outreach support.
