Trico Charitable Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to make donations to qualified donees within the meaning of the income tax act ( canada) and in doing so to donate all of the reserves to the relief of poverty the advancement of education and other purposes of a charitable nature beneficial to any community as a whole. In addition the enterprising non-profits program provides funding and educational opportunities for alberta -based not for profit organizations to evaluate and enhance their social enterprises. The social enterprise program is an award program to recognize canadian leaders and not for profit organizations that are effectively using social enterprise to deepen their community impact.
