We support and promote safe reliable sustainable and economic transportation within atlantic canada and with other chapters across canada work towards the same goals nationwide. We continue efforts to grow membership on pei and newfoundland. Our major concerns continue to be the future of rail passenger service between halifax and montreal tariffs on the crown owned ferry service between nova scotia and newfoundland and the future of railway service in eastern nova scotia especially on cape breton island.
