Climate action coach program: serves as a hub for advice and support on local incentives that can reduce climate emissions and impacts on homes buildings and surrounding properties. Education program: delivers community events to inform educate and build resilience around the impacts of climate change inlcluding the lighter living education program. Working group program: supports new community based initiatives by providing them with: record and bookkeeping insurance technology and event support communications support including our newsletter and social media presence. Climate adaptation research lab program: conducts research and education on the impacts of climate in the maxwell creek watershed. Advocacy program: implements policy research and public engagement specifically around the salt spring island climate action plan.
