Total Communication Environment

Provides residential homes and support to individuals with multiple disabilities and special communication needs. Total Communication Environment's counselors use sign language bliss symbols and other forms of non-verbal communication to interact with our clients. TCE (Total Communication Environment) also provides respite/parent relief support to individuals with developmental disabilities in the community in Ottawa on an as needed basis for long and/or short term care.
