Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multi-Cultural Women Against Rape

Services provided include: (1) 24/7 crisis line; (2) web & text chat; (3) group support - trcc runs a variety of peer support groups throughout the year for survivors of sexual assault childhood sexual assault and gender based violence including older black women's group providing a safe healing space for mothers grandmothers elders of black african afro caribbean or black canadian/american descent and latinx women's program; (4) individual peer counselling; (5) court/medical accompaniment; (6) advocacy community support; (7) public education delivering accessible information about sexual violence to educate institutions community organizations non-profit groups for profit organizations local/natioanl media and the general public; and (8)other resources.
