Tom and Cheryl Leavitt Foundation

The purpose of the tom an cheryl leavitt foundation (the 'foundation') are: a) to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal an income thereform frm time to time to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada); and b) to do all such other things as in the opinion of the directors of the foundation are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the purposes and the exercises of the powers of the foundation. During the entire fiscal year the foundation did not receive any funds. As there were no funds the foundation has no resources to carry out its purposes.
