Education - 35% recreation - 30% tourism & promotion - 35% the toa continues to provide in-person guided tours by request and outdoor self-guided tours with audio & visual enhancements. A core group of volunteers maintains the property and conduct in-person tours. The annual july 1st gold panning experience continues to gain in popularity and was another 'best ever' in 2024. To enhance the use of the grounds the toa will have a gazebo installed with two picnic and tourist travel breaks. While there they take advantage of the displays.
