Child sponsorship and student sponsorship programs focused on eligible beneficiaries in malawi timotheos foundation canada is working under agreement with timotheos malawi: to run a child care centre to enable children in need to receive education school supplies the basic necessities of life including meals and/or clothing as needed (generally via child sponsorships); to provide bursaries and other financial assistance to school children/youth in malawi; to support the continuing education of pastors primarily of the presbyterian church of malawi and is working with these pastors to teach the religious tenets doctrines and observances associated with the reformed christian faith in the child care centre and more generally in churches via evangelism on a community level; to provide adult leteracy programs which include subject matters such as health agriculture and the bible; to distribute and make available bibles and hymnals in malawi.
