Providing social & services support education & health through the following programs: building better babies creating healthy families diabetes shelter & support to homeless youth summer camp administer a community capacity support program cultural connection for aboriginal youth centre hiv education and harm reduction: conducting a family literacy program cultural recreation & youth programs offered; run a men's wellness program; aboriginal hospital liason nurse; counseling services provided for substance abuse & addictions services provided for children's wellness program; education programs offered through adult basic education program; career and training services provided to youth and adults; provide health and education support through urban aboriginal health centre program; provide transitional housing to new/expectant aboriginal moms and their children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness; provide professional to adults for aboriginal sexual abuse intervention program; qeq college-kindergarten transition program; providing cultural competency workshop; providing support education & cultural activities to young men; homeless prevention navigator stop hiv/aids healing and rebuilding viu community engagement coordinator uxwin mimne daycare thi lelum smuneem day care urban support. Our new programs for this year include expanded programs for students providing them with the support they need. Also new are pathways to language vitality welcome home housing trauma informed mental health victims and survivors community integration mental health and substance wellness navigator. The primary care department is an interdisciplinary team that provides longitudinal family primary care. Family child welfare navigation support supervised visits program jordan's principle for children's well-being and social support housing navigator career and vocational counselor and youth shelter.
