With a focus on the family circle we continue to advance education awareness and research through state-of-the-art projects which focus on the promotion of good brain health within the community setting to continue to promote awareness of harmonized-health which started in 2016 which is a community-based community led blended model of care which includes mental health and wellness for families and individuals. Community care coordination programs community awareness development further development of ongoing collaborative partnerships with like-minded agencies and organizations with a focus on positive systemic change.
