1. To advance education by providing publicly available scholarships bursaries and other forms of financial assistance to disadvantaged youth to be used for secondary or post secondary education. 2. To receive and maintain a fund or funds to apply all or part of the princial and income therefrom from time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (canada). 3.to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above mentioned charitable purposes.
