To promote health for the benefit of the public by raising health care service standards by providing professional training and information to physicians and other health care professionals about thrombosis as well training and information about medically proven potential treatments and preventative measures. To promote health by providing individuals affected with thrombosis with access to related counseling information or support programs. To receive bequests legacies donations gifts funds and property from all sources and to hold and invest such funds and property and to administer and distribute such funds and property to advance the charitable purposes of the organization. To do all such things as are incidental and ancillary to the advancement and attainment of the charitable purposes of the organization.
