All programs are volunteer led and were attended by pastors ministry leaders pastors' spouses and or missionaries. 1) unfinished buisness: 14 week groups based on formational prayer (healing care ministries model). Participants address baggage from the past hurtful experiences in life and ministries that result in a variety of unhealthy ways of relating to others. Sessions included teaching facilitated by the group leader an experiential activity and a spiritual component )e.g. Prayer scripture) 2) individual pastoral care and mentoring: sessions provided one or more of th following - assesment of needs education and resources opportunities for self- reflection and spiritual development prayer and referral to appropriate thrive programs or other service providers. 3) small group pastoral care and mentoring: group sessions provided support and encourgement opportunities for self-reflection spiritual development and prayer. 4) individual formational prayer: in-person or virtual confidential sessions based on formational prayer (healing care ministries model) providing educational and spiritual practices and helping participants find resolution to past trauma. 5) soul focus: 1/2 day retreats provided opportunity to cultivate a deeper walk with god and practice principles of soul care through teaching personal reflection time group sharing and prayer
