The Vancouver Children's Choir Choral Society

The choir is dedicated to the education of young voices through the choral experience fostering an appreaciation and understanding of music and providing opportunities for performance and artistic self-expression. Choristers ages 7-17 come together weekly to learn classical and contemporary repertoire from diverse cultures and in multiple languages. Through this training they develop confidence respect and esprit de corps. This is then shared with the wider community through a wide range of performances including public concerts civic events church services and charitable events. The choir also periodically provides the opportunity for choristers to go on tour domestically and internationally.
