The Tekera Foundation

1.) We promoted health by offering medical programs at the Tekera Medical Clinic in Tekera Uganda - mainly in nutrition general medical services family planning prevention of diseases and maternal healthcare 2.) We advanced education by offering kindergarten to grade 7 education at Tekera Primary School including a meal program and vocational skills training 3.) We advanced education by providing primary and secondary school scholarships to selected students from Tekera Village 4.) We advanced education and relief of poverty through community agricultural education training in livestock rearing and advancement of agricultural skills workshops 5.) We relieved poverty by providing business development skills to women in the community to help establish small businesses
