The foundation's stated purposes are: a) to make gifts to qualified donees located in canada. The foundation concentrates its gifts towards those organizations that assist underprivileged children and b) to construct and operate a pediatric dental facility in vancouver bc to serve underprivileged children who otherwise would not have access to dental treatments that require access to general anesthetic services.
