The Swinamer Foundation

The objects of the foundation are objects which by law are exclusively charitable and shall include: (1) to accept gifts donations bequests and legacies of property of every description (contributions); (2) to receive and maintain contributions as part of the trust fund; from time to time to registered charities or qualified donees as defined in the income tax act. The settler of the foundation expressed the wish that consideration be given to seniors education animals and nature trust concepts. The foundation will not carry out any charitable activities in its own right. Instead its sole function will be to donate funds to qualifies donees.
