Administering the affairs of the burnaby baha’i community - marital status (marriage certification divorce processing) - maintaining/ managing community database(move-ins/move-outs) - managing all external affairs work – both governmental and non-governmental - holding children’s programs geared towards teaching vitues and promoting racial harmony - holding public devotional educational and humanitarian gatherings and conferences - providing financial support to the national spiritual assembly of the baha’is of canada(associated charity) for its national programs facilitating funding and resourcing community development initiatives targeted to: 1. Human resource development ( at local and national levels) 2. Weekly spiritual development training (at all age levels) 3. Weekly moral education of children and junior youth 4. Monthly community gatherings 5. Active socioeconomic development in the edmonds community in burnaby
