The Society for Selections: a Career Support Service

Persons with developmental disabilities (pdd) the society for selections provides services under contract with the government of alberta for the purpose of working with adults with developmental disabilities to assist them in being included in community life and be independent as possible. Skills trades awareness and readiness program (grit) the society and government of canada have entered into a funding agreement for the purpose of supporting programs related to the government of canada skilled trades awarenessand readiness program willing ready and determined (4wrd) the society and the province of alberta have entered into a funding agreement for the purpose of designing services for persons with disabilities (pwd) individuals to address needs for effective labor market attachment and connect individuals with prospective employers construction readiness and access for future tradeswomen (craft) the society and the government of canada have entered into a grant agreement for the purpose of providing support to women in the leduc county seeking opportunities in the construction industry while adressing barriers such as gender bias and limited job access.
