The Sandhar Foundation

(a.) to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to hold invest administer and distribute all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to 'qualified donees' as defined under the provisions of the income tax act (canada); and (b.) to do all such other things in the opinion of the directors of society as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the society.
