1. Provide care and support for active and retired priests and clergy of the roman catholic episcopal corporation for the dioceses 2. Providing for the religious education and instruction of students seminarians priests and members of the clergy by offering scholarships and providing their on-going support and sustenance 3. Developing and administering educational programs in the teaching of roman catholic church including providing funds to assist in the creation construction and maintenance and operations of a roman catholic post-secondary educational institution 4. Providing funds to students for education and instruction in the teachings of the roman catholic faith
