Warm Your Heart Lunch - daily hot lunch program Monday to Friday for a members costs of $4.00/meal - Walking for Wellness ( Ripple Connection Walking Club) - Daily from 2-3pm - Programming consists of - Art Therapy Bingo Mental Health - Referral Services - Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm - cook talk - 10-12 Tuesdays and Thursday - Social Club Weds 5-8pm fun poker night in support of Brain Injury (no money or alcohol) - Daily Drop in Centre for members and non-members ( closed during restrictions periods) - Lending Library with a large selection of mental health books and resources as well as regular books magazines and dvds. - Emergency crisis assistance. - Providing food to those in need Caregiver Connection AIM: for friends and family of individuals to make connections through social networking and education Mental Health/Addiction education AIM: educate families and friends as well as caregivers of individuals with serious or persistent illnesses Outside education from addictions/mental health and Indigenous leaders.
