Outreach to people who are at risk those: oppressed marginalized and exploited including those sexually exploited struggling with addictions hungry and homeless. Outreach achieved through: • Providing facilities to agencies for use in their work with 'at risk' individuals • Meeting with individuals at street level drop-in programs • Meeting with individuals in areas where prostitution occurs • Providing individuals with food clothing condoms phone cards and bus tickets • Supporting individuals to access existing community services • Connecting with agencies that work with 'at risk' individuals • Providing a van to agencies for use in their work with 'at risk' individuals
