The Oyt Charitable Foundation

Purpose - to improve the efficiency of other registered charities by providing a facility at below-market rates to house the operates of other registered charities. The coporation has acquired real property in the city of toronto from an unrelated third party vendor in which to carry on its operations. The corporation intends to make all of its space available without cost or lease space at below market rents to one or more other canadian registered charities that have charitable objects and activities consistent with those of the corporation. In no case will the corporation make space available to any entity on this basis other than to another canadian registered charity that is a 'qualified donee' within the meaning of income tax acts (canada).
