The foundation intends to disburse funds to other organizations that are 'qualified donees' under the income tax act (canada). It intends to distribute income and capital to 'qualified donees' to the extent the purposes thereof are exclusively charitable including to any exclusively charitable institution foundation corporation organization or unincorporated association whose objects are confined to charitable purposes and that is a registered canadian charity.
