The New Edmonton Wind Sinfonia Society

The edmonton winds formerly known as the new edmonton wind sinfonia performs a public concert series for a variety of audiences in edmonton and the surrounding areas. In addition we perform school concerts throughout the year for band programs throughout alberta. The ensemble provides an opportunity for music educators professional musicians and highly skilled student musicians to rehearse and perform symphonic wind literature of a high artistic level. We provide performance opportunities for local and visiting soloists and small ensembles. We provide performance opportunities for the ensemble nationally and internationally representing the musical arts of edmonton alberta and canada.
