The Mustard Seed Society

The mustard seed is a christian charitable organization that is servicing vulnerable citizens in alberta and british columbia. In calgary the charity offers an expansive range of innovative programs and services including education and employment health and wellness services basic needs at its emergency shelter for men and women spiritual care and housing. In edmonton the mustard seed offers no-cost meals to men women and children six nights a week and provides free clothing small appliances and hygiene items to thousands of community members who are not able to shop with dignity in a store environment. In red deer organization provides food and basic services as well as school lunch program. In kamloops the mustard seed provides a full range of services. The overall goal of the mustard seed is to meet people where they are and help them move out of homelessness and poverty to a place of independance and strength.
