To receive maintain and manage a fund or funds and to apply from time to time all or part of the principal and/or income therefrom to promote and advance health education and public welfare in canada through donations to 'qualified donees' as that term is defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (canada) as amended from time to time. The charity was active during the fiscal year but didn't conduct any charitable activity because it was just established and didn't have time to beging charitable activities prior to the fiscal year end.
