The Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization

Lsco offers a variety of programs and services the encourage healthy active lifestyles with over 80 fitness & wellness classes creative arts computer & general interest groups. Our support services programs support older adults and caregivers with assistance to increase and maintain levels of independence and increase resiliency skills. In home supports offers seniors increased opportunities to remain independent in their own homes with services such as meals on wheels & transportation services. Lsco host learn (lethbridge elder abuse response network) and provides case management to elders experiencing abuse and ensures these individuals have ths support in place to assist. Lsco provices volunteer opportunities that enhance and strengthen the programs and services of the organization and the community while reducing potential for senior isolation. Our senior system navigation team in collaboration with the seniors community services partnership continues to provide support with family conflict resolution access to financial programs and in home support grief/loss support basic needs coordinate housing needs and a warm hand off to other community resources.
