The Lazarus Community Society

The charity is an active participant in the circle of care project partnering with the canadian mental health association (north & west vancouver) and vancouver coastal health-health connections clinic to provide innovative supportive housing that incorporates a holistic view of health and wellness. The lazarus community society is seeking to actively engage with new churches to raise awareness of the coc model to expand the society's pastoral support it offers to residents of north vancouver homes.
