YOUTH PROGRAMS Our programs focus on purposeful employment for youth facing barriers which includes skill-building workshops to gain pre-employment skills like problem-solving professional communication digital literacy networking or interviewing; career exploration programs to learn about sector specific employment opportunities while developing the networks and skills needed for participants to evolve in their career journeys; introductory career exploration sessions focusing on specific sectors like technology featuring industry experts and a question-and-answer session; and hands-on programs to receive training meet potential future employers and increase the chance of employment. VETERAN PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES Our programs and initiatives empower Veterans and transitioning military to explore a civilian mission after service including self-employment and entrepreneurship. Programs help them with support systems resources and education.
