The John and Deborah Harris Family Foundation

The foundation receives and maintains donations and disburses a portion thereof and/or the income therefrom to: a) any charitable organization or organizations or charitable foundation or foundations in canada that are 'registered charities' as defined by the income tax act (canada); and b) 'qualified donees' as defiend by the income tax act (canada) for use in their charitable activities.
