The Henteleff Park Foundation Inc.

The volunteer-run and non-profit henteleff park foundation is dedicated to caring for henteleff park: through the conservation restoration and preservation of its lands plants and wildlife; through partnership with the community; through advocating for the park; and through education about its existing ecology and many-layered human and ecological hisotyr. The foundation applies for grants to hire summer staff to plant trees maintain plantings and maintain trails and other areas of the park. The public is invited to assist with an annual volunteer tree planting event as well as participate in maintenance of some of the tree planting areas and the tall grass prairie restoration by removing weeds and invasive species of plants.
