After School Programs: We provide a safe place where youth can be themselves and we offer life skills based programs which include learning about cooking teamwork leadership importance of giving back and physical activity Special Guests and Outside Organizations: We invite professionals and specialists in to educate our youth. We have had speakers present on human trafficking the impact diet has on mental health and CMHA Safe Talk. Groups: We host support and education groups about leadership anxiety healthy relationships and healthy cooking.
