The salvation army meighen health centre is comprised of a long-term care facility and supportive housing for seniors. The vision of meighen health centre is to demonstrate christian principles while providing superior care through innovation responsible leadership and competent dedicated staff. The salvation army isabel and arthur meighen manor is a 168 bed long-term care facility which receives funding through the ontario ministry of health and long term care. The manor is committed to being a transforming influence in the lives of residents families volunteers and community partners. The meighen retirement residence provides supportive housing to seniors and low income seniors. Funded by the ontario ministry of health and long term care residents receive nursing personal support housekeeping prepared meals and participate in social programs.
