Providing funds to the basillian fathers of toronto (the 'congregation') for the following: 1. To establish maintain and operate not-for profit residences for the infirm and angel members of the congregation who are financially need and to provide for their maintenenace 2. To provide furnish and maintain living guarters for the aged and infirm of the congrregation and seminaries 3. To provide education and maintenance of the seminaries of the congregation including studies following ordination.
