The charity maintains invested funds to apply all or part of the principal & income therefrom to qualified donees as defined under ita. The funds currently held are subject to 10 yr gift restrict with 1st of such gifts received in the apr 30 2001 fiscal period. The focus of the foundation is to help young underprivileged elite athletes and young underprivileged elite students of the arts. It is not within the mandate of the foundation to consider any healthcare related applications.
