The Family Leisure Centre Association of Southeast Calgary operating as Trico Centre for Family Wellness provides facilities for recreation sport fitness leisure social and wellness programs and services to residents of South Calgary. All aspects of operations focus around our Mission Vision and Values along with strategic plans. Mission; Trico Centre is a community-owned non-profit charitable facility that promotes active kids healthy families and vibrant seniors in partnership with our neighbouring communities. Vision; to be a community leader inspiring healthy lifestyles through affordable innovative programs and service excellence. Values; we take pride in operating our facility in a sustainable manner to reflect our values of: Wellness Safety Partnership Integrity Community. Client groups have participants in all age and ability ranges. The facility operates a fitness centre; multiple fitness studios; two NHL sized ice arenas; aquatic centre with hot tub wave pool water slide steam rooms; gymnasium; multipurpose rooms; and is open to the public seven days a week. New programs introduced in prior years continue to be offered as part of the organization's ongoing operations. Normal programming includes access to the fitness centre; drop-in and registered fitness classes; learn to swim; learn to skate; facility rentals; shinny hockey stick and puck and leisure skating; drive in movie; and Trico Cares program pricing for those with limited incomes.
