The Eastern Charity Foundation

The purpose of the corporation is to achieve such of the following objects which by law are exclusively charitable: 1. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and pay or apply all or part of the principal and income thereform from time to time to 'qualified donees' under the income tax act (canada); 2. For the attainment of the above objects and as incidental and ancillary thereto to excercise any of the powers as prescribed by canada not-for-profet corporations act or any other statutes or common law relating to charities and in particular and without limiting the generality of the forgoing: 3. To do all such things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objects in a manner that is regarded as charitable.
