To enhance the cultural recreational and artistic well being of the community. Maintenance improvement and display at various locations of the Foundation's art and artifacts. Stewardship of the assets of the former Borough of East York. Financial and administrative assistance to various community programs and initiatives. Support for the Leaside and East York Halls of Fame as well as an annual seniors Christmas dinner the annually awarded Agnes Macphail Award and the Pashby Sports Safety Fund.
