Communities will participate in the program to bring dolly parton’s imagination library to children who reside in such community. Dollywood foundation of canada manages the delivery system negotiates the cost of the books mailing and absorbs all costs associated with managing the delivery process. Each child under the age of 5 enrolled receives one book per month unil they turn 5 years old.
