The Diocesan Synod of Fredericton

The bishop's office coordinates and administers training education and development for the ordained and lay leaders engaged in ministry. The organization provides support to and enables anglican parishes throughout the province fulfil their mission and ministry activities. Specific programs for youth ministry including youth camps social support and meal program in the saint john inner city area a choir training school coordination and training of youth ministry leaders and spiritual development and nuture for teens. Diocese provides a high level of support for parish ministries including payroll processing investment management benefit and pension plan coordination. Diocese participates fully in the national and international work of the anglican communion. Chaplains are appointed to special ministires in university school and hospital settings.
