To promote health and address mental illness by providing services and other supports including: (a) evaluating mental health programs and modifying adjusting forecasting and improving the design management integration and outcome of such programs; (b) conducting research of causes risk factors treatments and other issues related to improving mental health outcomes; (c) developing new technological innovations designed to increase the scale and reach of mental health supports; (d) increasing the capacity knowledge and capability of mental health organizations and practitioners in order to improve the impact of their services; (e) developing educational resources and conducting outreach activities to improve the public's awareness and understanding about mental health its prevention and treatment; (f) connecting mental health stakeholders and experts from different jurisdictions to share and increase adoption of promising practices; (g) providing support and relief programs designed to address the social determinants of health; and (h) providing support and relief programs designed to foster food security. 1.Develop and begin implementing a collaborative multi-pronged strategy for advancing our Perinatal Mental Health Theory of Change. 2. Develop and begin implementing a concrete strategy for advancing our work in Bipolar Disorder. 3.Increase the strategic operational and collaborative capacity of our key partners
