The Cranbrook and District Arts Council

Monthly art exhibits with local artists. Monthly art workshops for the public. Annual scholarship given to mount baker high school graduate going on in the art field. Senior and youth programs that include a dedicated art exhibit for each of them throughout the year. Students from all grades are invited to submit their work. A thriving gift shop which features artists works from around the east kootenays. A new book project is now completed. A local author was chosen to write the story based on the cranbrook ed story. Seven local artists were asked to create artwork for each of the pages of this children's picture book.
