Operate a public library in almonte and in pakenham both of which are in the municipality of mississippi mills. Provide all relevant services programs reference reader's advisory lending of materials access to technology technology training and support e-resources computers internet and wifi. Programs include events for all ages training and eduction one on one literacy and numeracy as well as school and job support.
