There are 3 main program: Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival Reframing Relations and Community Arts Fund. And various workshops general events and projects. - Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival (VOAF) is a festival that offers exhibition and performance opportunities to artists facing exclusion. VOAF also offers workshops and a touring exhibition across Metro Vancouver - Reframing Relations brings pairs of Indigenous and non-Indigenous artist-facilitators into schools and community settings to advance towards reconciliation. - Community Arts Fund provides grants to support collaborations between community service organizations and artists in the City of Vancouver.
