The church of canada shall be both a community outreach and a religious body and shall further the prosecution of petitions for missions and furtherance of its objects. It shall foster community service religious spiritual and pastoral care services in communities both at home and abroad regardless of religious affiliation practice and/or belief. As such it shall aim to bring people ideas and resources together to understand and advance issues explore creative solutions and be a catalyst and instrument for long term change. We are creating opportunities for canada by linking it with globalc ommunity for advancement. The church of canada shall further such regulations and requirements as may be enacted from time to time by the government of canada provincial or territorial governments. Such other appropriate prayer offering and programmes approved by the said and if the said lawfully benefits its advancement. Further all such other things as are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the mentioned purposes through strategic change and alignment.
