Development and delivery of educational programs and events in recognition of International Holocaust Day and Yom Ha’shoah expanding Zikaron Basalon program. Developing virtual presentations for Holocaust survivors and descendants. The development of educational hands-on material for high school teachers regarding the Holocaust including interviews with survivors. Offering year-round programming in the community and schools designed to combat prejudice and racism and promote respect for diversity social justice and human rights in our region. Through Their Eyes is an educational project. With rising antisemitism in schools young people must have a better understanding of the past to play a role in shaping the future of a free and just society. Through Their Eyes project will enable descendants of Holocaust survivors to continue the work done until now by the survivors and expanding the reach of their message digitally with shorter videos and social media posts. Launching the interactive bilingual and virtual National Holocaust Monument IWalk application. Developing a teachers' workshop about the NHM IWalk app. Working on an Anti-Hate multimedia project to reduce hate crime in Ottawa. Preparing to celebrate our 10-year anniversary this November with a professional video presentation.
